quicktrim diet question……………?
my friend bought quicktrim and she asked me how she takes everything, what and when. she has burn and cleanse, extreme burn, and the fast cleanse. i tried to research it but had no luck. you have to take an AM and an PM pill twice a day and 4 extreme burn pills a day and drink the fast cleanse 4 times a day, it sounds not only confusing but hard to believe that you have to take all that. so do you take everything all together because thats what im understanding. so i guess my question is does anyone know for sure how when and what to take. thanks in advance for your input !!
so my friend say you do the 14 day and then the rest, is that right?
I had the understanding that you took the different quicktrim products at different times. Like the Burn and cleanse for the 14 days. Then you could do the Quick Burn for 15 days or however long you choose and then the 48 Quicktrim for the 48 hours. I wouldnt take all 3 products at once. The Quick Burn pills have alot of caffine and could make you sick on their own but using all of those products together could be harmful to you. Just tell her to be careful and to cut back to one product at a time.
