How to Lose Weight if Kinda already skinny?
No, I’m Not anorexic. But this modeling agency’s requirements are way Lower than what I have, weight-wise. Im tall, and weigh 140, and they require like 125!!! I don’t want to look THAT skinny but how can I at least drop to 130? It’s hard because if i exercise, I’ll gain muscle, which weighs more than fat. Is there any solution? I used to be that skinny, but I really like to eat. Any solution?
** So far I have lost 55 lbs. doing this in 3 years. Eat six mini meals a day. Exercise and before every meal, drink two tall glasses of water, (about 16 oz.) this will fill you up and you will automatically eat less. This really works, so be patient. Good Luck to you
